M-POWER Literacy is the largest adult literacy program in the state. We provide one-to-one literacy instruction to adults who want to learn to read or improve their reading skills.
M-POWER trains tutors, matches them with students, and then follows the pair on their literacy journey. With improved skills, our students can find better jobs, read bedtime stories to their children or grandchildren, and read the Bible for the first time — with confidence.
